Dr.med.vet. Kai Kreling Tierarzt

I feel compelled to sing the praises of Dr. Kreling, his team, and the facility. The initial phone call to schedule an appointment was extremely friendly. Driving in and out of the well-maintained facility with a horse trailer was simple and straightforward. Check-in was also hassle-free and very friendly. The treatment was carried out without any waiting time. I experienced a high level of professionalism during our horse's treatment and a relaxed (and for me, relaxing) and calm atmosphere, which was very welcome given my nervousness regarding the impending diagnosis. Dr. Kreling took ample time to explain the results of each examination stage to me in a very understandable way. His assistant also impressed me with her expertise, calm demeanor, and friendliness. Finally, the diagnosis was made, a treatment plan was developed, and we drove home with a coffee/hot chocolate and a good feeling. Thank you very much!

I can highly recommend Dr. Kreling and his team! The facility is well-maintained and clean, and the team is all very friendly, empathetic, and helpful. Dr. Kreling took ample time, trotted my horse several times, performed flexion tests, lunged her, and then explained to me exactly what we were going to do and why. My mare had x-rays taken, and he explained in detail what could be seen, or rather, what couldn't be seen, and why we needed to do an ultrasound. He also explained the images to us very thoroughly, and even though the diagnosis was devastating, I never felt like he was telling me nonsense or giving me false hope. Surgery was an option, but he advised against it, saying I would be sinking a lot of money into the horse, and the future prospects wouldn't be significantly better. I paid on the spot and even received a discount; I was surprised by the amount. I had expected to pay considerably more. The only drawback is that I've been waiting for 10 days for the results and the pictures that were supposed to be sent to me by email.

In my opinion, Dr. Kai Kreling is one of the few equine veterinarians who truly knows their stuff. I always received friendly and highly competent advice. Even when I had questions outside of office hours, Dr. Kreling took the time to explain everything to me. My animals and I always received the help we needed, and a clear diagnosis was always provided. The prices are reasonable for an equine clinic and not at all exorbitant. I'm so glad there's such a knowledgeable person in Germany! I would gladly go back again!

My gelding needs regular dental treatment. Veterinarian Ms. Balint was always very friendly and approachable upon arrival. She explained the procedure to me and took plenty of time. His approach is always professional, straightforward, and based on trust. Dr. Kreling always takes his time, considers the problems holistically, and explains everything very clearly.
