Our cat has fallen from 2nd floor at night, we visited the clinic to ensure our cat was fine. They were friendly, English speaking and helped a lot. Luckily our boy was ok, they took x-rays and did examinations. Thanks for their help. We really recommend this clinic. Best

In case of an emergency, ready to help. Waiting time accordingly to a Sunday or weekend situation. Doctors very thorough. But, even though in accordance with the regulations, the cost is ridiculously stiff.

The most horrible clinic! By phone they told one, by fact absolutely the other! Had to do rabies titel certificate for dog, by phone that told price will be 100-150e, by fact - price was 350e! And they even didn’t fill in pet passport, to ask me arrive one more time and invoice me for 20e more for this job! I had visit for 15.30, and had to wait vet for 2 hours! Also by phone lady told me “yes, we do have general base with other clinics Anicura all over the Europe and we can find your data from Polish Anicura”, and when i came, gues what? Yep, thay dont have general base and i had to registered as new one. I don’t recommended this clinic. Find some other if you care about your time, pets and money.

I live in Wiesbaden and my 16 year old cat was brought here. Before you think I am biased about this review, let me start by mentioning that my cat has been euthanized and has gone peacefully to the afterlife. We first brought Kiki in June 2021 because she was laboring with her breathing. We did not have any kind of appointment but they IMMEDIATELY put her in the oxygen box and took around 3 hours to asses her. She stayed in the clinic that night but was allowed to go the next day. The doctor gave us a DETAILED and THOROUGH explanation on Kiki's health and advised us on the after care as well. We brought Kiki in every 2 weeks and the staff did their hardest to help my beloved cat and be patient despite Kiki being very aggressive (especially when she is stressed). She took medication as well. However my cats organs were not responding and on her last check up we were advised to euthanize her, which we were already preparing ourselves for as we noticed ourselves that she was not getting better. The doctor euthanized our beautiful cat and handled her well. I can only thank her and all of the staff who were very understanding towards us. 5/5 Stars for this clinic.

Our cat was brought to the clinic late in the evening after a serious accident. He was admitted immediately, without hesitation, and kept overnight so that surgery could be performed the following day. Due to his condition, our kitty had to stay at the clinic for several days, but we were contacted daily with updates on his health. The staff showed incredible empathy, dedication, and care — from the very beginning we felt that our cat was in the best possible hands. In such a difficult and stressful situation, we truly couldn’t have chosen a better place. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to every pet owner.
