Reviews
I was absolutely dissatisfied with Ms. Jung. She was very condescending and rude, and I was treated as if I were stupid. I had to drag every single piece of information out of her. Not even a diagnosis came without me having to ask three times. After further examinations by other veterinarians, this diagnosis turned out to be incorrect. My cats have feline herpesvirus (feline viral rhinotracheitis), so with the wrong treatment, they could have even died in the long run. Only after repeated questioning did Ms. Jung say that it was just a common cold, definitely not feline herpesvirus, and that no real treatment was necessary. Furthermore, Ms. Jung was completely unsympathetic and unkind to my cats. I didn't feel comfortable at the practice at all; it felt as if Ms. Jung assumed I knew everything myself (why would I even go to the vet then?). I immediately found a new veterinarian who diagnosed and treated the feline herpesvirus right away. My cats weren't treated well there, and neither was I.
A fantastic vet who always takes plenty of time for the animals! We've taken our cats there several times and she's always direct and very helpful. I can highly recommend her :-)
Best vet! I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Jung for 18 years and have always been very satisfied. She's very empathetic with the animals and always takes her time. No matter what the problem is, you can always come in directly, and if there's an issue (e.g., bad lab results), she'll even call you. She's never in it for the money; the animals' well-being is always her top priority. She's never been unfriendly to my animals or me—she's just direct. And that doesn't bother me at all. ;-)
Hello, we were at Dr. Jung's this morning at 10:30 with our 16-year-old daughter. She was very ill, vomiting, panting, and unable to stand properly. Dr. Jung gave her an IV because she was barely drinking anything, as well as pain medication. Everything was great; we received excellent service, and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, our daughter didn't make it this evening. She suffered circulatory collapse, and we had to have her euthanized tonight because she also had gastric torsion. Despite everything, we highly recommend Dr. Jung and thank her for her efforts. R.I.P. Chili
I took my 3-year-old Greek tortoise there. When I made the appointment by phone, I already got an unfriendly impression of her – but since I thought she was probably just having a bad day, I kept the appointment. Unfortunately, I arrived 10 minutes late for the appointment itself due to several road closures and was greeted with an unfriendly "Hello, sit down!" Her unfriendly attitude continued throughout the entire appointment, culminating in the complete lack of a goodbye. I received no information about what injection she gave my tortoise, nor what she suspected was wrong with her. Two stars because my tortoise is feeling better now.
