I always feel very well cared for at this practice. My concerns are taken seriously, everything is explained transparently and discussed in an understandable way. I particularly appreciate the respectful, calm, and animal-friendly way my dog is treated – you can tell that they work not only with medical competence but also with a great deal of empathy. I also find the team to be consistently polite, respectful, and approachable. Appointments are available promptly, and even in urgent situations, I felt very well looked after. Overall, this is a practice I trust completely.
Amazing what they do there! A fantastic team, excellent veterinarians. We showed up there today as an emergency case, having never been there before. My dog was treated quickly, and everything was explained to me in detail. Individual care, no mass processing – thank you so much again!
