I always feel very well cared for at this practice. My concerns are taken seriously, everything is explained transparently and discussed in an understandable way. I particularly appreciate the respectful, calm, and animal-friendly way my dog ​​is treated – you can tell that they work not only with medical competence but also with a great deal of empathy. I also find the team to be consistently polite, respectful, and approachable. Appointments are available promptly, and even in urgent situations, I felt very well looked after.
