Dr. Flöck is a wonderful veterinarian. She takes a lot of time for the animals. I took my dog ​​to her and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, due to her age, she later had to be put down. She even offered to do it at home. That was very kind of her, and my dog ​​wasn't scared at all. I highly recommend her practice.

Thank goodness for Ms. Flöck! Our beloved dog Mara came to us at four months old with a shortened lower jaw. This caused problems with the alignment of her canines. Ms. Flöck expertly resolved the issue with two sets of braces and, most importantly, calmed our nerves! My husband and I are thrilled and feel very well cared for. A veterinarian with passion, empathy, and experience. That's exactly what you want!

Our 14-year-old Australian Shepherd had to have an abscessed tooth extracted on Friday. Everything was perfectly prepared, and we received thorough information and advice. The old dog came through it well, and we are very happy. Many thanks to Ms. Flöck and her team.

We had a seriously ill dog who urgently needed treatment. I called five veterinarians, but everywhere I was told they couldn't take on any more patients. Dr. Flöck, however, immediately said, "Come in, we'll see your dog, even though we're actually full." Unfortunately, it turned out that our 16-year-old dog had to be euthanized. Dr. Flöck was a tremendous support to me during this difficult time. She took a lot of time, explained her assessment to me thoroughly and clearly, and left the decision to euthanize up to me without any pressure. Both professionally and personally, everything was exactly as one would hope for in such a situation. I am incredibly grateful for that. I highly recommend her.
