Competent and friendly. I've been taking my horse to this practice for quite some time now and I'm completely satisfied. They are absolute experts in their fields and always very friendly. Whether it's dental treatment, lameness diagnosis, or anything else that comes up – I feel very well cared for and can highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Huchzermeyer has been providing competent care for my gelding for several years, and I've always felt she's been well-advised. Fortunately, we haven't had any acute emergencies yet, so I haven't tested the emergency service yet, but I can confirm that if I can't reach her, she always gets back to me promptly and is happy to visit the stables at very short notice. Ms. Geiger performs dental treatments with a sense of calm and administers precise sedation, so her patients recover quickly.

I couldn't have wished for better care as a new client – ​​Ms. von Borstel took excellent care of my mare's eye! The very day I called, the eye was examined and treatment adjusted. Even when the condition worsened over the weekend and on holidays, she was available and supported us as best she could to save the eye. The transfer to the clinic also went smoothly – we were already expected there, and everyone was informed about the progress so far. Thank you so much for the tremendous support!

We've been clients of this practice for almost 20 years and have nothing but good things to say. They're highly competent, easy to reach in emergencies, and incredibly understanding of me as a sometimes hysterical pony owner (my old "Mimi" gives me such a funny look...). And I'm very grateful that the practice schedules vaccinations for its regular clients.

I contacted Ms. Huchzermeyer today and asked for a vaccination for my horses. She immediately refused, even though there was still enough vaccine available. The reason given was that she was only keeping the vaccine available for her regular customers. Now that's what I call a responsible veterinarian who cares about the well-being of the animals. Very sad and very unprofessional. I will be forwarding this matter to the veterinary association.
