We've been clients of this practice for almost 20 years and have nothing but good things to say. They're highly competent, easy to reach in emergencies, and incredibly understanding of me as a sometimes hysterical pony owner (my old "Mimi" gives me such a funny look...). And I'm very grateful that the practice schedules vaccinations for its regular clients.

Competent and friendly. I've been taking my horse to this practice for quite some time now and I'm completely satisfied. They are absolute experts in their fields and always very friendly. Whether it's dental treatment, lameness diagnosis, or anything else that comes up – I feel very well cared for and can highly recommend this practice.

I contacted Ms. Huchzermeyer today and asked for my horses to be vaccinated. She immediately refused, even though there is still plenty of vaccine available. Her reason given was that she only keeps the vaccine for her regular clients. That's what I call a responsible veterinarian who cares about the animals' well-being. Very disappointing and highly unprofessional. I will be forwarding this matter to the veterinary association.

Dr. Huchzermeyer has been providing expert care for my gelding for several years now, and I've always felt well-advised. Fortunately, we haven't had any acute emergencies yet, so I haven't needed to use her emergency service. However, I can confirm that if you can't reach her, she always gets back to you very quickly and is happy to schedule a visit to the stable on short notice. Ms. Geiger performs dental treatments with remarkable composure and administers precise sedation, ensuring her patients recover quickly afterward.

I couldn't have asked for better care as a new client – ​​Ms. von Borstel provided outstanding care for my mare's eye! The eye was examined and the treatment adjusted on the very day of my first call. Even when her condition worsened over the weekend and holidays, she was available and provided us with the best possible support to save her eye.
