I took Mylo to the vet today to have his nails trimmed and to ask about blood in his stool. This was my third visit to the clinic today, and I was previously seen by Ms. Kern, with whom I was satisfied. However, today it was Ms. Ising. I didn't know her, and she didn't introduce herself; I had to ask to find out that she was the vet. Ms. Ising didn't even pay attention to my dog ​​but started the examination right away. She seemed haughty and arrogant. And she appears insecure around small dogs. Mylo was aggressive towards Ms. Kern while having his nails trimmed; I've never seen him like that before. Ms. Kern reacted by calling Mylo hysterical. Yes, she's right; Mylo was reacting to Ms. Ising's insecurity and arrogance.

Yes. I needed to get an emergency appointment quickly during the week because my dog ​​had a severely inflamed paw. I was able to come in immediately, even though I was new there. The staff was incredibly friendly and the treatment was very gentle. We'll definitely be going there long-term. It's a great team, and they're very punctual with appointments. The vets are also very helpful and loving with my dog.

I received friendly service. It was my first time meeting the vet and his staff. They were helpful and spoke English. However, the prices seemed a bit high to me. The medication they gave my cat worked, though. Thank you.
