Very, very professional, kind, efficient and friendly vets! I can strongly recommend to pet owners and lovers. Both pets and owners are treated with respect, kindness and everything is explained clearly and with attention to detail. Prices are normal and having such a service in a little village like Eberstadt is such an asset.

The Veterinarian was not friendly and in my opinion not looking after the best solution for my dogs health. I believe it was more about money. The staff helping her was extremely nice, unfortunately they dont make the decisions.

So far, only positive experiences: transparent billing and successful treatments. The assistants and doctors are incredibly empathetic! They always try their best to schedule appointments! Whenever possible, I travel by bus and tram with my 12-year-old dog from Darmstadt to Eberstadt.

The staff and owner are very animal-friendly and helpful. A stray cat was examined, and the owner was successfully located by a dedicated employee.

We've been taking our cats to this practice for several years now, and we prefer to see Dr. Gärtner. We made the longer drive because our local vet said, "I can't do that. You'll have to go to the animal hospital," for almost every other problem. At the Hirtenweg practice, they simply offer so much more than your average rural vet. Our two old and, unfortunately, also sick cats are in very good hands. Necessary examinations were done immediately, instead of "just waiting to see if it goes away on its own." Dr. Gärtner saved our two cats' lives when it was really touch and go. And she's incredibly kind while doing it. The whole team is great. The practice seems to be more expensive than others, but everything has gotten more expensive these days, so I can't really judge whether it's unreasonable.
