We've taken our ring-necked parakeet, Alex, to Dr. Heuser's many times. Appointments are always easy to get, all the staff are incredibly friendly, and you feel truly comfortable and well cared for. Alex has received so much help and is doing much better. And at first, it seemed almost hopeless. You feel like you're being taken seriously, and there's no shortage of time. We'd love to hug Dr. Heuser out of sheer gratitude, but of course, we're holding back... 😃 A fantastic veterinary practice! ❤️❤️
