It was our first trip to our new regular Vet and i can highly recommend her to anyone who takes their pet care and health seriously. Her professional care, insight and advice, as well as her excellent English knowledge are simply exceptional. The practise is clean, well organised and modern. The staff at the front desk are super and extremely professional and friendly. There is really nothing i could possibly complain about and i am so relieved to have found such a wonderful vet to entrust the health of our pet to for the years to come.

We cannot thank enough Dr Kasperczyk and her staff for taking care of our cat Enigma. Enigma escaped Kiev, Ukraine and had multiple health issues which made the journey to Germany even more difficult. The staff went above and beyond helping us to set an appointment and overcome a language barrier. After a thorough examination, Enigma was given proper medication which will help him to go back to his healthy self soon. We are grateful for the professionalism of the staff, but most importantly - their kindness and compassion. This gives us hope and strength in this difficult time. Thank you a million times!
Very friendly staff, but 4 assistants/receptionist to one vet seemed excessive. Vet highly competent. Expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. €83 for essentially a cat pedicure 😥
I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. My cat Lissy suffers from FORL and received excellent care. Unfortunately, all her teeth had to be removed. This was all explained to me in detail and shown to me using the X-rays. The day of the surgery was made as comfortable as possible for Lissy, and she was well cared for until I could pick her up fully awake. The aftercare was also exemplary. The assistants were always very kind and helpful. Should my cats ever need anything again, I will gladly return because I know my animals are in good hands there. Thank you so much for everything.
