We are very satisfied there, as well as with their responsiveness, both during the week and on weekends. Many thanks to the entire team for that!

We took my cat to the emergency vet yesterday because her wound had reopened. It was awful. The vet (Dr. Rehkamp) was incredibly unfriendly, both on the phone and in person. She immediately prepared anesthesia without even looking at the wound. When we asked, she looked at the wound and said it just needed to be stapled. She stapled it several times, and in such a way that the staples had to be removed immediately. She was incredibly impatient and rude. I understand that you're not up to it at 3:30 a.m., BUT they are still living beings. The assistant was the only one who handled the cat well. No one told us when the staples needed to be removed or anything else; we had to drag everything out of this "doctor"! I'm shocked at how anyone can treat an animal like that. Incredibly rough and heartless!

The best and most competent veterinarian ever. She provided excellent care for our cat when he had cancer, helping and advising us in every way she could until the very end. Even now, with our "new" cats, we only go to her for important matters, even though we have several vets in the area. We trust her completely!
