We are incredibly grateful and still overwhelmed by this experience. When we dropped Bonnie off for surgery on Friday morning, we were filled with fear and worry. We were all the more touched by the warm and loving welcome we received – even the receptionist made us feel safe. Dr. Anders took an incredible amount of time for us, explaining everything calmly, honestly, and clearly, and addressing all our concerns. At that moment, we knew: Bonnie was in the best possible hands. He operated on our miniature bull terrier. The waiting period was emotionally very difficult for us, but we were regularly updated on Bonnie's condition. These little updates meant so much to us and were very reassuring. On Saturday, we were finally able to hold Bonnie in our arms again – healthy and stable. Everything went without complications. We are incredibly happy and grateful that our veterinarian arranged an appointment for us so quickly. It really couldn't have been better. Bonnie is doing well – and for that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. An extraordinary team, amazing doctors, and so much kindness 🫶🏼 And finally, warm greetings from Bonnie 🐾: Thank you for taking such good care of me. Now I can cuddle again, sleep, and slowly toddle my way back to life. 💕
I've now taken two horses to the clinic, each with colic, and was completely satisfied both times. Most importantly, we received immediate help, I, as the owner, was kept fully informed, and both horses returned home healthy and happy. The staff were incredibly helpful, the animals were handled with great skill and competence, and the price was perfectly reasonable. I felt completely at ease leaving my two horses there and wasn't disappointed. It would definitely be my first choice again.
Very friendly service. Even though we, being annoyingly hysterical pet owners ;-), called in the middle of the night, we were treated very kindly and professionally upon our later arrival, and the dog was taken care of.
