We had an emergency with our dog on December 23rd, with suspected cystitis. After leaving a message on the answering machine, the vet called back and we were able to come in that evening. The examination was thorough and pleasant. Our sweet girl has now received antibiotics and we hope she gets better soon. A very kind and patient vet. Highly recommended.
