Dr. Baumhäkel is a wonderfully kind, empathetic, and highly competent veterinarian. Our Labrador, Lupo, is always so happy to see him – something we've never experienced before. So far, there's never been any waiting time; we've always been able to go straight into the examination room. No unpleasant waiting room atmosphere, which makes the visit completely stress-free for both dog and owner. We wholeheartedly recommend him!

We had an emergency with our dog on December 23rd, with suspected cystitis. After leaving a message on the answering machine, the vet called back and we were able to come in that evening. The examination was thorough and pleasant. Our sweet girl has now received antibiotics and we hope she gets better soon. A very kind and patient vet. Highly recommended.
