Yesterday, we had to make the most difficult decision at the emergency vet clinic and let our beloved dog Lenni cross the Rainbow Bridge after a severe seizure. In this utterly dark moment, filled with pain and despair, Dr. Burger was an indescribable source of support for us. His exceptionally sensitive, loving, and calm approach to Lenni, as well as to us as his grieving owners, gave us immense strength during this extraordinary time. His explanations were clear, deeply empathetic, and transparent, so that we felt completely guided at all times. You can feel with every fiber of your being that the animal's well-being and dignity in saying goodbye are his top priorities. During this difficult moment, we felt understood, taken seriously, and in the best possible hands. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this dignified and profoundly humane support on Lenni's final journey.

I always find a sympathetic ear for my worries and concerns, and each of you remains friendly, even when things get really stressful! We feel truly well cared for, and Emma always comes and goes home without fear! I am so grateful for that!
