I went there today without calling first and without an appointment, but my dog ​​and I were warmly welcomed and were able to get into the treatment room in less than 30 minutes. It sounds like a given, but it's not anymore. The veterinary assistant and doctors are very competent, friendly, and empathetic. I highly recommend it, and we're now customers of the practice ourselves. :)

We've been taking our Pepper to Dr. Fuest and colleagues for over six years now. It's simply wonderful how empathetic, kind, and competent the entire team at the practice is. Even after major surgery at the Hofheim Veterinary Clinic, the wound care here was/is perfect. What's great is that money isn't the priority here. They only recommend and bill for what's truly necessary. Everything is explained in detail. We are extremely satisfied and love coming here (okay, our dog doesn't...). Thank you so much for being there for us (even on short notice).

From the initial contact to the treatment itself, we experience a very high level of professionalism, empathy, and genuine commitment to the animals' well-being. The outstanding care during acute and emergency cases is particularly noteworthy. In urgent situations, they almost always try to schedule an appointment for the same day, or at the latest, the following day. This reliability provides security and trust – especially when you're worried about your pet. The entire team, both the veterinarians and the veterinary assistants, are consistently friendly, respectful, and show palpable empathy. You never feel like you're just being processed. Instead, they listen attentively, explain things clearly, and work together to find the best possible solution. Professional competence and human warmth go hand in hand here – you can clearly see that this practice operates out of genuine love for animals. The practice rooms are modern, well-organized, and pleasantly designed. The processes are clear, straightforward, and well-organized. We particularly appreciate the digital support via an app, which allows access to our animals' complete medical records at any time. Findings, reports, X-rays, and invoices are transparent and easy to view. This openness fosters additional trust and gives us the feeling of always being fully informed. The accessibility is also excellent. The practice is very easy to reach by phone, and emails are answered reliably and promptly. This makes us feel taken seriously and well cared for, especially when we have quick questions or uncertainties. The only minor point of criticism—which is hardly significant overall—is the opening hours. The practice is only open until about 10 a.m. and then not available again until the afternoon, which is a relatively long lunch break. However, the afternoon hours are correspondingly long, and the excellent telephone and email accessibility more than compensates for this. For us, this isn't a real disadvantage at all. Ultimately, it's a very modern, competent, and warmly run veterinary practice where we know our cats Hubert and Smi are always in the best hands. We feel thoroughly advised, taken seriously, and supported. A clear recommendation without reservation.
