The one star is for the fact that the facility was open. There was no communication; we waited for over an hour. We left after 1:15 a.m. without speaking a word to the nurse or doctor. A colleague had recommended it to me, but it was a complete disaster.

Very unfriendly. Not recommended. I won't be going there again. They made threats. I've never experienced anything like it. And the threats came true. Just beware.

A fantastic team and excellent advice. We feel very well looked after with our fat cat.
