I'm more than satisfied. It was our first time taking our cat for spaying. I called beforehand, and they were very friendly on the phone and explained a bit about what would be done. We dropped our cat off the next morning and picked her up in the afternoon after arranging it by phone, and that worked out perfectly. The price is also reasonable; it's a big difference compared to the other places I called. I'll definitely be back with my cat.
