Very good...we are happy...my son and I were there yesterday with our guinea pigs, Dörthe and Wolke. The animals had a severe eye infection, blocked noses, and one had stopped eating...they were close to death. The illness came on very suddenly; the Harsefeld veterinary clinic wanted to give us an appointment in two days...the animals wouldn't have survived that...they didn't have time...even though we've been going there for years. I can only say...everything was straightforward...the animals received medication...and they're both even eating again. Very good...absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much.

I called them today, or rather my partner did, because my cat was in a medical emergency. I explained the situation, and all they said was that they couldn't help the animal without being able to pay on the spot. They told us to call them again when we had the money. I'm speechless. I've rarely experienced anything so inhumane. We drove all the way to Hollenstedt today, and they helped us there. We were incredibly lucky, and money wasn't an issue at all. They'll send us a bill. Very accommodating. I highly recommend that veterinary practice.
