Authentic veterinarian, a woman in her late 70s I'd guess, who still works with old paper records and offers accessible care. No hassle. She genuinely cared about our dog. I was given painkillers and had to come back once to check on her. Payment was handled smoothly. Very easy and based purely on trust. I still have to go back to ask what she expects from me. Unheard of these days!
We found a cat that didn't belong to us and took her to the Vet. The doctor was very helpful and took care of the cats wound right away and also suggested way to either help find the cats owner if she had one or to get the cat to a shelter where she could possibly get a new owner.
Dr. Starke is truly very competent, friendly, and dedicated to the animals' well-being. You feel very well cared for and can sense her expertise and experience. I am extremely happy to have such a veterinarian in my area.
