I would like to thank Dr. Grübl and his assistants for their warm attitude not only to me, but also to my chinchillas. In this clinic, you don't feel like a patient, and I like that because neither you nor your pet are in a state of calm during the illness. Thank you so much for healing all my little ones, and I'm so grateful for all the surgeries you performed. Thank you for your help and understanding! We will miss you! ))

The vet was ultimately able to help our cat. Thank you for that! All the veterinary assistants were also extremely friendly, helpful, and empathetic. They also handled the animals very carefully. They do their job with a lot of heart, and you can tell! However, we unfortunately didn't feel well looked after because of the "money issue." The doctor said: "It's now a question of how much money you have..." I'm happy to spend all the money we have on our pet, there's no question about that! However, if the vet cares more about how much he earns than the animal's welfare, and this is made (clearly) apparent to the "owner," I personally think that's a shame. Although we were informed about how much it would ultimately cost, we were charged an additional €90 at the counter for medication and food that was supposed to be included. The final bill was over €400...

Dr. Grübl is a fantastic veterinarian. He helped our 15-year-old cat quickly and efficiently. The practice is also incredibly well-organized, meaning there's practically no waiting time. The atmosphere is very friendly and calm, and the way he treats both people and animals is wonderful. You and your pet are in good hands at this practice. Thank you to the whole team! ❤️
