Unfortunately i had a bad experience. Not professional towards me as a customer and most important of all to my small pet. No bedside manner. She did not take the time or proper precautions to calm my pet before the examination. She also tried to persuade me to book a surgery immediately to remove my pets “persistent baby teeth” without even examining the teeth beforehand (P.s the teeth fell off on its own in the next 2-3 weeks).

I was actually looking for a new vet... But after reading what customers have said here, as well as the rude and privacy-violating responses from the practice/doctor, I definitely won't be giving this vet another chance. It's completely unacceptable for both the animal and its owner! Data protection should be a top priority, especially for doctors... Instead, I'm finding curt replies that look like they were written by a 16-year-old... It's a real shame. I wish the customers who visit this vet the best of luck and strength with this practice! Perhaps they should consider a job change. As with all the other one-star reviews, it's quite clear, in my opinion, just how "competent" this "veterinarian" and her team really are. I find it absolutely outrageous that she charges more than an emergency vet, issues bills for services that couldn't possibly have been incurred in those days, and threatens to take people's pets away. Best wishes and get well soon. I can only warmly recommend the LVR Clinic to you, Dr. [Name]. 🫶

Dr. Knopf is a very caring doctor. My cat Güllü and I feel very comfortable with her and she has our complete trust. The medical assistant in the practice is also a very nice lady; we can highly recommend her. 👍🏻

We feel our Whippet is in excellent hands with Dr. Knopf. She always takes plenty of time, explains everything clearly, and handles our dog with incredible love and calmness. What's especially wonderful is that she herself has owned sighthounds for many years and therefore knows exactly what's important with this breed. You can immediately tell how much experience, expertise, and heart she brings to the table. She has already helped us so much, and we are truly grateful to have found such a fantastic veterinarian. Highly recommended!
