Reviews
Patient, well informed, cured our dog, explained the invoice which most do not. Gave treatment advice for the post care. I would highly recommend him!!!!
Excellent Vet, can only recommend. Good Location and very friendly staff.
Wow! Honestly, thank you so much! Thank you to the friendly staff at the clinic and of course, thank you to all the veterinarians at THIS clinic… Actually, you're not supposed to thank someone for their kindness. I felt very comfortable. Many clinics could learn a thing or two from you! I would give more if I could; I'm so glad I came to you 😊 You even gave me the option to pay by invoice or in installments, which many don't do. PLEASE KEEP IT UP! We came all the way from Essen to see you.
Wow, I don't even know where to begin. My dog Annabel had a severe uterine infection and is unfortunately overweight. This made the surgery risky. Dr. Pintar did a fantastic job and saved my dog's life. The scar healed perfectly, unexpectedly. He also took his time and explained everything in detail. He even had a knack for little jokes. And thanks to the lovely staff who escaped without a hernia! (Laughs) Thank you so much, Dr. Pintar. My Annabel is doing really well now.
Our dog was euthanized due to his age and advanced dementia. We made the decision in mid-September 2025, and by early October, the time had come. After contacting the veterinary clinic, we were given an appointment for 3:00 p.m. My mother and I were understandably very emotional at that time, as our dog had been with us for over 13 years. The staff was initially friendly and explained the procedure to us, but only very briefly. After our dog had peacefully passed away, we were given only about three minutes to say goodbye. I was able to document this because I took a few final pictures with my phone. Furthermore, we weren't able to experience this moment in peace, as the veterinary assistant repeatedly entered the room, interrupting us. We understand that time is limited in a veterinary clinic, but we would have appreciated at least a few minutes of undisturbed farewell. Overall, we had the strong feeling that they wanted to "process" us as quickly as possible, especially since the next patient was already waiting in the waiting area. After 22 days, we were able to collect our dog's ashes. However, my mother was greeted very rudely when she went to collect them, even though it was a sensitive moment. This experience has left me with the impression that I will not visit this practice again with any other animal.
