We've been seeing Ms. Jansen for several years and are very happy we found her. The vet is very experienced, very professional, and has treated all of our animals quickly and effectively. She doesn't prescribe unnecessary medications, which is very important when you don't have pet insurance. But what's even more important to us is that you can feel how much Ms. Jansen loves animals 🥰 The entire practice is very friendly; dogs always get treats at the reception and are always given a very warm welcome. We love this practice and are very grateful for everything!💕

We received/receive exceptionally warm and competent care from Dr. Jansen, Dr. Mönnig, and their team. For the second time, I had to bring my cat Hector to Dr. Jansen's emergency clinic, more dead than alive, as his condition deteriorated rapidly after a urethral obstruction. Despite the slim chances of success, Dr. Jansen, Dr. Mönnig, and their team tirelessly worked at all hours and on all days of the week to diagnose, medicate, and rehabilitate my cat to the point that we were able to take him to a clinic this morning, stable and with complete peace of mind, for life-saving surgery. His life hung in the balance for over two weeks, and they consistently provided information tailored to the constantly changing circumstances, offering hope and comfort without raising unrealistic expectations. The veterinary and interpersonal skills of this practice have truly impressed me – the individual needs of both owner and animal were always carefully considered and addressed. I took my cat to Ms. Jansen's vet. First, the breed was incorrectly listed on the paperwork. Then, she prescribed medication for my cat that other vets couldn't understand. Aside from that, an X-ray was taken on Friday, which showed that he was full of feces. She removed a piece and said that since it was soft, it would come out on its own. I trusted her, and now he's in the hospital because of this and the incorrect medication. Thanks for that. If you don't know what to do, you can just say so instead of just doing whatever you want. I certainly won't be going back there. The vet techs were very nice, though. Despite everything, Ms. Jansen didn't treat them very kindly, in my opinion. I didn't see the second vet.
