Never had an experience with such heartless people.

Had a midnight emergency with our cat, the whatsapp line was helpful and in the morning they looped us in with a vet for video consultation. The vet was very polite, helpful, and spoke English which is a rare yet invaluable experience.

I requested for a review of my dog's blood work and they got in touch with me immediately. Super quick but detailed response on my consultation request, very professional and so easy to talk to! I am very happy to have found them and I am really looking forward to working with them for my future vet needs.

Very fast, very competent, super reliable service! Since our young dog lady often looks for trouble we are frequent customers. Dr. Sam's team responds to our messages almost immediately and always provides very professional help. They are not only very competent but also extremely nice (incl. calling us late to provide diet advice). I highly recommend to all pet owners.

Dr. SAM helped us during an emergency when a cist had burst on the weekend and guided us very professionally on what medication to buy in a human pharmacy to take care of the issue and exceeded all our expectations (unfortunately I don't remeber the name of the doctor that helped us)... After that we were subscribed for years to the service until we had to give our guinea pigs away. Their customer service was and still is very good and I can only recommend their service.
