Reviews
Boutique style, fresh modern decor and friendly, patient staff. My dog was given treats and I was offered tea and coffee. But had to bring my dog in twice for the same issue and was given completely different diagnosis & treatment each time and still had to pay the full consultation both times (second appointment just 3 days later). It would have been nice to get a reduced fee to have to come in just 3 days later again.
first of all, it is a very modern veterinary clinic. you feel the professionalism to the fullest, from welcoming you to seeing you off. I took my cat for the first time and it was diagnosed very quickly in a short time. they are definitely very experienced and very confident. I was really very satisfied, I recommend them to everyone.
My cats had the first vet visit today and I can say I am impressed by the hospitality and how friendly everyone was. I’ve never seen such a friendly and supportive approach. At a certain point we jumped to English as I couldn’t manage the conversation in German and there was a total comprehension of it. Highly recommend.
Got a wrong diagnosis for my dog, basically refused us to a proper treatment or check up, we were told to go to another place, which cost us 3 days! Instead of taking blood test and see what's wrong, they just kicked us out....absolutely cannot recommend! And of course, they charge full price, even if you return 1 week later, absolutely dreadful!
Charged much more than they quoted (550 instead of 450) for no apparent reason. They are already unusually expensive, so a bill that's inexplicably 20% higher than promised is especially annoying. Edit: Your response is, frankly, offensive. Beforehand, because I was concerned about the high cost, you indeed told me that it might be even higher, but only _should unexpected difficulties arise_. Specifically, you mentioned it could end up more like 600 Euro in case you would find the uterus had to be removed as well, but otherwise I should expect a bill of about 450. After the surgery, I was told the procedure went exactly as planned and entirely smoothly. When we later asked why then you charged so much more than the lower end of the estimated, the vet told us, it was because the cat was in heat. Which of course wasn't unexected at all but extremely obvious and also discussed in clear terms before, when the price was estimated. Therefore I am not satisfied with your explanation. It rather seems you weren't very truthful about your fees from the beginning.
