Excellent. Irina is very professional and comes across as very knowledgeable. She also was very sweet with my pets. I felt my animals were very well taken care of. It was great that she came to my place and I didn’t need to take my animals out when it was very cold. I can only recommend.

Amazing vet! Just so so amazing! So thorough in answering questions - explained beautifully and gave clear instructions. Truly wonderful energy as well. He even came prepared with all potential medicines. Our Einstein 🐾 is very happy ❤️

Can highly recommend not to do use this app. A 5 minute appointment cost me 180€ without meds! He got an injections which was charged with 50 which is fine. But the rest? Pure nonsense. Never again!

One of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life. For you and your pets well-being, please do not use this service for at-home euthanasia. I was trying to do the right thing for the end of my cat's life, and instead she was handled like a ragdoll and scared in her final moments. The vet did not introduce himself to me and hardly spoke to me. As I grieved my now dead pet, he asked to wash his hands. He left the needles he used for the procedure in my home and I had to take them to the vet the next day for proper disposal. It was a traumatic nightmare.
