Reviews
Unfortunately, I couldn't say goodbye to Dr. Borchers yesterday, but I promised to leave a good review! Dear practice team, thank you for your years of support and help with my animals. Luna passed away on June 10, 2025, and Merlin on June 26, 2026. You always gave 100 percent, and I truly appreciate that. The veterinary assistants were always kind and courteous. You were there for us for years, and I could always rely on you when there was anything wrong with my pets (dog/cat). Now our collaboration is over, and who knows if we'll see each other again, but you are a wonderful practice, and please stay just the way you are! To Dr. Borchers and other veterinarians, thank you for everything!
Here are the facts, so our review isn't blocked: We went to the emergency vet clinic on Sunday, April 26th, because our dog was suffering from severe abdominal cramps and pain. An X-ray revealed a tumor in his abdomen, which must have been present for months. He was given a pain injection without any further investigation into the cause of the sudden pain, and we were told to come back on Monday. Unfortunately, our dog died that night. He had a splenic tumor that ruptured, causing him to bleed to death internally during the day. Emergency surgery at 8 p.m. at another emergency clinic came too late. All of this is verifiable.
Always friendly and concerned about our animals. Competently managed and always striving to do everything humanly possible for their patients.
We now take all our animals there and have nothing but good things to say about the practice. The vets explain everything clearly, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and animal-loving. In our opinion, the animals' well-being is their top priority, and you can feel that in every member of staff, from the vet to the assistant. Thank you to the wonderful practice team for everything you do for the animals.
For me, the best veterinary practice ever! I've only had positive experiences so far. The moment you step inside, you feel the warmth and friendliness, from the warm welcome to the genuine concern for your pet. The animals are taken seriously, and every examination is thorough and meticulously performed, including listening to the heart and lungs—all done as a matter of course and at no extra cost. You can tell immediately: The people who work here truly care about the animals' well-being. Every time I sit in the waiting room and admire the lovingly designed decor, I'm reminded of the dedication with which everyone works. Even during examinations, the animals are treated with great patience, calm, and respect. I'd also like to especially commend the competent and empathetic staff. We've been there several times, including for our cat's spaying, and everything went smoothly and professionally. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team! Such dedication is sadly rare these days.
