Simply a fantastic veterinarian! Appointments are available at short notice, the treatment of our ponies, dogs, and cats is always top-notch, and we receive excellent advice on all matters. We have been more than satisfied for years, and there are never any unpleasant surprises with the bills. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr. Alberts is particularly conscientious and reliable when it comes to insemination and the pre- and post-breeding care of mares and foals. Five stars ☆☆☆☆☆

In my opinion, he's the best vet in the area. He takes his time and is always there for the animals, even outside of regular hours in case of an emergency. His prices are more than fair. I've experienced other practices that are only interested in profit, but that's not the case with Dr. Alberts. His staff is absolutely top-notch. Of course, no one can be on their best every day, but that's human nature. I would never change vets. I hope he continues practicing for a long time.

We took our cat to Mr. Jobst Alberts as an emergency patient over the weekend and were absolutely thrilled. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, calm, and very empathetic in his handling of our cat. It was immediately clear that the animal's well-being was truly important to him and that he genuinely cared. He was extremely competent, and our cat's medical care was absolutely professional and flawless. It was particularly appreciated that, despite being on call, he took the time to explain everything to us in detail and without any rush. Our cat is getting better every day, and we are truly grateful to him for that. What makes Mr. Alberts so special is this: On weekends, the legally mandated minimum fee is double the standard rate. He could easily have charged triple or even quadruple the standard rate, as some veterinarians unfortunately do. Instead, he only charged the legally required minimum of double the standard rate. This clearly demonstrates to us that he isn't just a veterinarian looking to make as much money as possible, but that he truly cares about the animals' welfare. The prices in general were extremely fair and very reasonable. A blood draw cost just under €10, the lab results only about €24, and even an X-ray was only around €26 – of course, double the price on weekends due to the legally mandated emergency service fee. Despite this, we found the overall costs to be very fair and reasonable compared to many other veterinarians. Mr. Alberts deserves our utmost respect, and we are seriously considering switching to him permanently. A heartfelt recommendation!

Great team and of course Dr. Albert is simply superb! Very friendly and explains things in a way that's easy to understand. Our girl Lotte is in good hands 🙏🙏
