Super attentive, kind, and understanding of our case. They fit in our dog when we had an emergency with him, and gave him personalized care. They truly want your dog to get better, and also for you to feel comfortable with their care.
Everyone was very kind during each of my visits. I rarely had to wait long whether I had an appointment or was coming in for an emergency. I unfortunately had to put my cat down, but they were very caring and made the process as comforting as possible.
We're in Fürth today for a football match and discovered on the way that our dog has a tick that he wouldn't let us remove. We managed to get an appointment at the vet's office at short notice and are thrilled. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, attentive, and takes care of everything immediately. Since we don't live here, this will probably be our only visit. However, we would definitely come back if our dog needed anything.
