Everyone is very friendly, in emergencies you can get an appointment at short notice on the same day, the examinations are very thorough, and even during a dental surgery I needed years ago, the impression was absolutely professional. The facilities are modern; the separate waiting area for cats and the Feliway towel for calming them are particularly nice.
