This year was our first time visiting with our two cats, both of whom are unfortunately very anxious. The whole team was very understanding and gentle with them, and thankfully, despite the few symptoms, the food intolerance was diagnosed correctly right away – we are so grateful for that. We can definitely recommend this practice! 😊
I was treated condescendingly and fobbed off with the words that she wouldn't do anything further anyway... I should sleep on it. I tried for days to get an appointment with my regular vet because my vet had passed away... what can I say? Thank God I got an appointment with my vet, and everything was taken care of... after someone anonymously sent the public order office to my home... thanks for nothing... incredibly sad... I must mention that I didn't have the doctor in person, then things might have turned out completely differently. Nevertheless, I wish everyone the best and continued success... my recommendation is not valid.
Unfortunately, this practice is completely unsuitable for large dogs. Owners are barely involved; if an x-ray or ultrasound is blurry, for example because the dog is excited, it's simply dismissed and no second image is attempted, but of course, you still have to pay. :) They are incapable of properly treating large animals; you're only seen as a source of income. :) A blood test, one x-ray, and a few useless medications (some of which weren't even necessary, like "stomach protectors" that are just vitamins 😂) cost over €500 – it's simply outrageous.
Nothing can be said about the treatment, but anyone who doesn't feel the need to respond to emailed inquiries should show many people what's important here. Reliability is questionable. Apparently uninterested in working with clinics means to me...
