The issue with Laura Schwarz and her father is just how incessantly they need to denigrate the worries of cat parents, insult people when they try to clarify common sense medical best practices and why they're not applying these best practices. They have a "I know better than you and how dare you question me" attitude and it, frankly, reaks of inferiority complex. I've been bringing my cat to the Schwarz's since October 2019. So not a new patient. I was always bewildered just how vulgar Dr. Schwarz grabs my cat by her scruff, even when the cat is not getting irritated. As if the guy gets pleasure from hurting animals. There was another time where he handled her quite roughly and she bit him. And he started ranting and screaming at me, Today, for the first time in my cat's 9 years, I saw that her nail had grown into her paw pad and it was bleeding. She's been lethargic for weeks. She a senior cat that goes outside, hunts, and I know from her behavior that something's off. Laura Schwarz came in, clearly in a bad mood, cut her nails, put a rudimentary bandage on there, and then started arguing with me how she's not going to give an antiobiotics shot as a precaution. Her exact words were "Ich werde nicht für jeden Sche*ß Antibiotika geben". This is how these people talk to worried cat parents. Even those who have been bringing their fur babies to their praxis for half a decade. I called Dr. Waldmann who is far but I know 100% is qualified and emotionally stable as a human being. He'll resolve everything. You people lost me. Simply because you lack very basic humanity and respect. EDIT: the below lie from Laura is unfortunate to say the least. We never once had a discussion about antibiotics before this. And my cat never once was uncooperative to start with. It was once when she was mishandled by these people. Just got back from another very qualified vet. They said Ellis absolutely needed antibiotics. No idea how people like Laura even get a license to practice.

Many thanks to these truly excellent veterinarians and their team. After years of my dog's food intolerances (he couldn't tolerate even insect food, raw food, and rare proteins like ostrich, etc., and constantly suffered from heartburn), they found the solution for my little Oscar (a pug mix). The diagnostic process was carried out step by step, which kept the costs manageable. I especially appreciated the very thorough ultrasound of his abdominal organs at a very reasonable price (I've definitely heard of much worse). I also think it's important that the practice has modern equipment and that parking is free. I wholeheartedly recommend them. 🥰
