Reviews
We were looking for a veterinarian on a Saturday who could treat a dog we were only babysitting. Although we aren't affiliated with her practice, she accommodated us during her appointments. Despite a stressful workday with several emergencies, she treated the dog lovingly and gave us excellent advice, even after her working hours had ended. We are very grateful for that.
Summary: unqualified, brazen, unprofessional. I had been taking my Cat to this vet since 2020. Reason being it’s a 5 minute walk from my house. Lesson learned, better find a qualified vet for your furry family member than an awful one close to where you live. I’ve given this vet the benefit of the doubt and taken my cat there no less than 20-30 times. Twice she claimed my cat had giardia and sold me capsules for them. My cat wasn’t showing any symptoms of giardia. I took her to another vet who said she didn’t have giardia. One time she said my cat had a fungal ear infection and sold me medication for that which I applied for a month. At the end when the ear scratching continued the Vet’s answer was “oops, I guess it wasn’t a fungal ear infection”. On 3 of my visits I was given an appointment but was made to wait for over 30 minutes. Which frankly defeats the purpose of giving an appointment. When asked why she just didn’t give an appointment for a later time, she responded with an unapologetic smirk “I guess we’re running a little late”. So in summary, this vet is probably the worst one I’ve ever encountered. I tried refraining from writing a bad review, but if you love your pet, you should do your research before taking them to someone unqualified and unapologetically brazen. The only reason she’s not getting 1 star is because she allows you to wire her money after your appointment from home rather than demanding payment on the spot like some other Vet’s in Bonn do.
A fantastic veterinarian, very empathetic towards sick animals and their owners. She operated on my cat Angel because she had a large umbilical hernia and was also pregnant. Luckily, the vet recognized this very early and spayed her immediately, and my cat is doing well again. I'm so happy to have found such a wonderful, warm-hearted veterinarian through my friend; I'm very grateful to her. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Third cat being treated here. Would definitely come back. They handle the animals very well, explain everything, take time for questions, and everyone there has been very nice so far. This is especially helpful if you have to go there frequently with older animals.
I've been going to this veterinary practice ever since I got my dog. I'm more than satisfied. The consultations are excellent and very helpful. They take their time and you feel well cared for. I highly recommend them.
