I can definitely recommend this veterinary practice for emergencies! A few weeks ago, my cat had a very bad cold, drooling heavily from his mouth and nose, and coughing fits. I only noticed this around 6:00 a.m. I immediately took him to the emergency veterinary clinic at 6:00 a.m. He was examined and treated there. The vet determined that he likely had laryngitis and administered antibiotics via injection. He also gave me the same medication in drop form to take for several days. Personally, I found the vet a bit unusual, and his behavior towards me and my cat seemed somewhat odd. It simply wasn't the kind of behavior one usually expects from veterinarians. Since my cat's condition hadn't really improved after 24 hours, I took him to our regular vet the next day. At our vet, the doctors gave my cat a complete examination (X-rays, blood test, ultrasound, etc.) and couldn't find anything wrong. The vet told me that three different doctors at the practice had examined my cat, and she had consulted with all of them, but none of them knew why he was drooling so much or coughing so constantly. She also said it definitely wasn't a cold or a runny nose. I took my cat home and continued giving him the antibiotic drops that the emergency vet gave us. My cat started feeling better after two to three days; the coughing and drooling lessened. After about seven days, the symptoms were completely gone. The conclusion is: The vet on duty at the emergency vet knew immediately what was wrong with my cat and gave him the correct medication, even though several doctors at our regular vet couldn't determine what was wrong with him. ... The vet at the emergency clinic might seem a bit odd, "unusual," or "unconventional," but he's competent and knows what to do in emergencies! A doctor's behavior says nothing about their competence. So, I would definitely go there again for future emergencies.
