Tierarzt Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, Tierarztpraxis am Arnimplatz

I have an elderly dog (15 years old) who has had several health problems in the past months, which led us to switch from our previous clinic to it due to their many on-site exams and diagnostics. Her condition was quite serious, but I must say that the vets who treated us were tireless and did not give up on us. Today we visited the clinic and finally got the news that she is better! So I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who treated us with such kindness. Especially Can, Iara, and Mariana. I highly recommend the clinic!!

I cannot thank the team at Tierarzt Berlin Uwe Lenk more! Three weeks after adopting my rescue dog, we had an emergency where she wouldn't stop vomiting. We visited another local vets who refused to see us without an appointment, and wouldn't share advice on where to turn to either. We hopped in a taxi to Lenk, and the team at the front desk saw my worried face and immediately asked, "How can we help?" The vet came to see us in the waiting room within seconds, did a preliminary check, and assured me that they would get to us soon. We waited only 30 minutes and were seen by the kindest vet and vet assistant EVER. When my dog had an accident, she refused to let me clean it up, all the while making jokes to calm me down. They explained the process, options and pricing clearly, treated my dog with such care, and found the cause of my dog's sickness. It was resolved quickly, and I will always return to this practice!

I am so happy to have found Tierarztpraxis am Arnimplatz and can only highly recommend it. My little doggo and I don’t even live that close to it but for me it is absolutely worth the trip from Neukölln to Prenzlauer Berg and we get to practice riding on the SBahn as well. Just top quality care on every level. Thank you!

I moved to Berlin a couple weeks ago and was worried about finding a good vet team for my cat who's very anxious. She requires special care, and having a team who understands that plus ones that spoke English were vital for me. Dr. Schönhof and Anna were amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better care team for my baby girl. They were both super friendly and made us feel welcome the moment we stepped into the room. They answered all of my questions, made the appointment fun and light hearted, and even helped me with understanding my insurance documents in German. Seeing how they took care of my baby girl made me quickly realize that I chose the right team. They even called in Dr. Schlosser from his break to check her teeth. Overall, I can't thank you both enough for being super nice to me and my cat. I'll definitely be returning for future visits and will be recommending you both! Thank you!

I am always coming with trust that my animals will be treated with care, empathy and professionalism. All the best words regarding this place. All the doctors have been always random and all of them very very kind and really doing their jobs. Also the nurses and the other personnel great. I hope that never changes. I come from Hellersdorf, which is quite far away, but prefer to come here than go anywhere else. Also, prices are reasonable.
