Tierarzt- & Chiropraxis Susanna Masur

I am very satisfied with Dr. Masur, as she always tries to help animals. I don't have pet insurance because I couldn't tell if my little kitten was already 8 weeks old or perhaps even younger. What I'm trying to say is that I paid for everything myself. Of course, it's a bit expensive, but if you talk to her, she makes sure you stay within budget; you just have to talk to her.

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Masur. She gently accompanied our dear Benny to heaven today. He was able to ascend to the angels at home without fear. Now he is free of his breathing difficulties and can play with his friends. It's wonderful that this is made possible through house calls. I highly recommend this veterinary practice and will take any new furry friends there when they need help.

Unfortunately, it's not a happy occasion to write a positive review. Ms. Masur wasn't our regular veterinarian. She, Ms. Masur, and veterinary assistant Ms. Lanta, enabled our seriously ill Balu to pass away peacefully and without stress. Still grieving, we are incredibly grateful to them both. We took our cat to the vet today as an emergency, since our usual vet is currently very busy. The vet and her assistant were both incredibly kind. We felt very comfortable and will probably come back if needed.
