I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian! We took our almost 14-year-old poodle to her as an emergency case – after two other vets had unfortunately been unable to help us. We are all the more grateful that she was able to give us the life-saving medication so easily. From the very first visit, it was clear how incredibly loving, empathetic, and competent she is. She took her time, examined everything thoroughly, and handled our old poodle with the utmost care. You immediately feel taken seriously and in good hands. Thanks to her quick and correct treatment, our dog is doing well again today – we are incredibly grateful to her for that! You don't often find such a warm and dedicated veterinarian. Highly recommended!

A wonderfully friendly and family-run veterinary team. My 13-year-old cat feels very comfortable there, and the calm demeanor of the staff is very well received by both animals and owners. All appointments are arranged by phone, and they are very easy to reach, or you can contact the Rift team directly. I'm so glad that my cat is in such good hands there. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and they don't try to rip you off.

Deserves more than 5 stars!! First, about the vet: She is friendly and competent, takes her time with you, and offers advice even beyond the reason for your appointment. The examinations are thorough and gentle with the animal. Regarding the practice: It is modern and inviting, with comprehensive informational materials readily available. The receptionist is also very friendly. Even when the practice is busy, you can still get an appointment quickly for urgent matters. Another positive point is that they are also available by email outside of opening hours if you urgently need something or have a question.

We received a warm welcome with both cats. Dr. Winter exudes a calm demeanor and is a very empathetic veterinarian. She more than impressed us, both professionally and personally.
