We felt very comfortable right from the initial phone call. Due to an emergency, we had to see a veterinarian, and Dr. [Name] was our last resort. We were seen immediately and quickly received an appointment. Both the receptionist and the veterinarian were professional and friendly. We were immediately impressed by the veterinarian's extensive experience. Our pet received excellent care. Appointments are scheduled quickly, and the waiting time is very short. All in all, it was simply a great experience. We are very grateful to the practice for taking us in when our pet was at its worst. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Dr. Richter is very friendly, extremely empathetic with animals, and comes across as highly competent. The same applies to her assistant. Appointments are easy to get, and the practice is very easy to reach by phone, thanks in part to its generous opening hours. The practice is centrally located, and (public) parking is readily available. While the practice is a bit dated, it is tidy and clean. The loving care shown to the animals and the fact that the visit is made as pleasant as possible more than makes up for it. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Richter is a veterinarian with heart and soul, and her assistant is also incredibly nice; you can immediately tell they're a well-coordinated team. Appointments are always available quickly, and in emergencies, I've always been able to come in promptly. I felt comfortable from the very beginning, always received excellent advice, and I'm always happy to return if one of my cats needs anything.
