Today was our second visit at the practice. We're super happy with the care we have received for our puppy. Both the receptionist and dr Covi were friendly and helpful.

Our cat Jeanny became acutely ill on Friday. We were able to take her to Dr. Covi's practice on Friday afternoon. At reception, we received a very warm welcome from the assistant and the intern. The practice is very bright, clean, and modern. After only a few minutes, we were taken to the examination room. After a thorough examination, Jeanny immediately received an IV and had blood drawn. Despite the late hour of 5 p.m., Dr. Covi wanted to wait for the blood test results. Unfortunately, it turned out that the values ​​were so poor that Jeanny could no longer live a dignified life. We were given a detailed explanation of everything during the consultation and decided to end Jeanny's suffering. We were given enough time to say goodbye to Jeanny. The entire team was present during the euthanasia and offered us loving support during this sad moment. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the time, the understanding, and the dignified farewell for our beloved Jeanny. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Covi to anyone, and her assistant and intern were also very attentive and caring towards Jeanny and us. Despite the difficult decision, we felt professionally and in excellent hands. My two kittens have been there 3-4 times in total over the past 8 months, and I have to say: they are a very competent, friendly, and empathetic team. They are also very open and honest with questions and give excellent advice. My cats felt more and more comfortable with each appointment and are no longer quite so afraid of the vet. Unfortunately, we are moving back to Germany, so I have to change vets. It breaks my heart to switch, as everything was truly perfect. I wish you all the best for the future!

We've been taking our dog and cat to Dr. Jennifer Covi-Dijkhuizen and her team since they opened and can highly recommend them.
