Our experience in this vet clinic was perfect. We went with our senior dog (12 years) with a serious enteritis problem, in this clinic the first treatment was great, the vet spoke English very well, 3 days later we went to the 'control appointment' and the vet spoke Spanish, our native language, and her treatment worked perfectly for our dog. We appreciate all the great experience and the good knowledge in the pet area and languages for the all the staff, the reception girl was super friendly and also spoke English perfectly. I walked in here without an appointment in order to get anti-echinococcus tablets for my dog (as it is a re-entry requirement for Norway). They were very helpful and friendly and I was in and out in fewer than 20 minutes.
We came with an emergency on Saturday evening and the doctor told us she could help. I ended up waiting for an hour and she told me to leave. In that time I could have gone to a different clinic but everything was closed by then. This woman has no heart.
Highly experienced and excellent care for our Malteser puppy even at very short notice.
