My cat has been suffering from cystitis for about a year and was increasingly experiencing blood in her urine and pain when going to the toilet. She was examined by three veterinarians (ultrasound, blood test, urine tests, etc.). Each time, she was given only antibiotics and a painkiller. She was fine for a few weeks until it all started again. I was at a loss, and it broke my heart because my darling was suffering so much. Two months ago, I went to Dr. Müller with the examination reports. Based on the reports alone, he was able to make a clear diagnosis: kidney failure and chronic psychogenic cystitis. Antibiotics are of no use here, and he couldn't understand why she hadn't been given medication long ago. Since then, I've switched to Renal food and regularly give her the appropriate medication. My sweet little girl has been doing really well since then, and I'm so happy to have found this vet. I feel in good hands here. Many thanks to his team! Always friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
