We were so grateful for your help and support and felt well cared for and supported throughout the long labor. Thank you so much for everything. My dog ​​was very ill last year, and I went to seven different veterinarians, including three animal hospitals, and had already paid over €6,000 (without a single diagnosis) before the Osterwald Animal Clinic and Dr. Bitter were recommended to me. I got an appointment quickly, and all the staff at reception were incredibly friendly! Dr. Bitter took a lot of time to listen to everything we had been through, carefully reviewed the blood test results and other records from the other veterinarians, and immediately had a suspicion about what my dog ​​might be suffering from. The test for this specific disease was positive, so my dog ​​could be treated, and ultimately, his life was saved, as this disease is often fatal. To this day, I am grateful that we went to Dr. Bitter and have absolute, 100% trust in him. It's well worth traveling a long way for such a fantastic veterinarian!

I absolutely cannot recommend this veterinary clinic. My pet was ill but was not treated properly. Communication was extremely poor, and the vets kept changing, which caused my pet additional stress. The overnight accommodations are particularly concerning; in my opinion, they are not suitable for animals. If an animal is admitted there, there is a risk that it will become ill due to the conditions, unnecessarily driving up costs. The clinic strikes me as very unprofessional – the focus seems to be more on financial aspects than on the animals' well-being. After my pet died, I received disappointing treatment; no one seemed to care. The clinic management behaved inappropriately towards me: loud and aggressive, which I found appalling. I can only warn against entrusting such people and this clinic with the lives of animals. My heart still aches that I took my pet there.

I would like to sincerely thank the Osterwald Veterinary Clinic for the outstanding care they provided for my dog. During a very difficult time, the entire team did everything possible to help him. It was immediately clear that they work with a high level of expertise, dedication, and genuine care. I always felt taken seriously and well-advised. I was particularly impressed by the patience and transparency with which all treatment steps were explained. My dog ​​was in the best possible hands there, and I am incredibly grateful for that. Unfortunately, in contrast, I did not have a good experience with the veterinary clinic in Sarstedt. From my personal perspective, I cannot recommend it, as I did not feel adequately cared for or comfortable there. This makes me appreciate the work of the Osterwald Veterinary Clinic all the more. Thank you so much for your dedication, your compassion, and the loving care you gave my dog!
