I've called Dr. Binder several times when I've had questions about my cats! She's truly patient, kind, highly competent, and empathetic!! She's always been able to help me! Thank you so much!!

Ms. Binder was on call over the weekend, and we got our cat back from the veterinary college in the evening after an accident, having just undergone an amputation. At home, we discovered he had a fever of 40°C (104°F) and was barely responsive. We had been told he was fine, and then, without any communication from a veterinarian, he was simply handed to us at the checkout counter, still in his carrier and on the bloody blankets we had wrapped him in after the accident. We were able to see her at 10 p.m., and she was very calm and friendly, took plenty of time, and treated our cat with great respect and affection. I was incredibly grateful for that. After two hours, his fever had subsided, and he was drinking a little again. The next day, she called to check on him. The price was reasonable and very low compared to the veterinary clinic. Sometimes you get lucky and find exactly the right person in an emergency. I can only offer my heartfelt thanks and highly recommend Ms. Binder.

We took our cat to the emergency vet today (December 25th) because he had a purulent wound on his cheek (outside). The initial phone call with Dr. Binder was very pleasant. My husband felt very well cared for at the practice. All his questions were answered very kindly. The way our cat was treated was truly caring and loving. Despite it being a public holiday, Dr. Binder operated on our cat and provided excellent care. Thank you so much! (Our questions regarding the bill, so that it would be accepted by our pet insurance, were also taken seriously and answered very kindly. We actually received confirmation of coverage from our insurance company within four minutes of submitting the bill.)

This was our first visit to the veterinary practice with our cat, and we felt very welcome and well cared for. We will continue to visit this practice.
