I would give 10 stars or even more if I could. Thank you for saving Theodor and for making him feel so much better now 🙏❤️ We adopted a kitten from Bulgaria, and when he arrived, he was very sick. We had previously taken him to another veterinary practice, but they didn't examine him properly or seem willing to help him. Other practices also just said, "He's from Bulgaria, no, we can't do anything." I was completely distraught and thought he was going to die when we came here. The vet took such care of Theodor; I've never experienced anything like it. The way she treated him was so warm and caring. They took an X-ray, gave him a different antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory, and by the very next day, he was so much better. His abscess was treated and surgically removed, and now he can finally be a real kitten. And most importantly: He's alive 🙏❤️ I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of him, for not turning him away, and for the wonderful way the animals are treated here ❤️ We will gladly come back again and again, and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice ❤️

I was able to bring my hen in on the same day after a wild animal attack and was seen immediately. The receptionist was very friendly and interested; she even took the time to examine the animal herself. The veterinarian seemed to treat my hen perfectly because, even though I had almost given up hope, she recovered. You can tell that this isn't a place where they just process animals like cattle, but where there's genuine interest in the patients. 👍 Truly fantastic!

I went there for the first time today because our previous vet retired. I had previously seen the previous vet at this practice as a substitute and wasn't very impressed. But this time everything was great! Super friendly and competent! And the bill, unlike with the previous vet, was completely transparent and reasonable. We'll be back...

There are two avian veterinarians here, and in emergencies, you have a very good chance of getting an appointment at short notice. We regularly bring our chickens here. We especially appreciate the practice's pragmatic and honest approach to treatment and advice. They've saved animals in serious cases and also lovingly helped pass away some of them. And if it gives the animal a chance, they're not too proud to refer it to the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover (TiHo). I find that truly remarkable.
