Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and competent. We've been there very frequently in recent months because our cat has FIP and is currently undergoing treatment. We receive a lot of support and can order everything we need. Everyone there is particularly interested in the FIP treatment. TOGETHER AGAINST FIP. Thank you so much for your support and help.

If the puppy falls asleep without sedation, that says a lot. We've been taking our animals (two dogs and two cats) to this practice for 1.5 years and have always been satisfied. They don't always immediately resort to a whole arsenal of medications, but instead look for the least invasive option that will help.

Veterinarians with immense compassion!! Super fast response in emergencies; they do everything possible to help the animal quickly and effectively. We were looking for a new avian veterinarian after moving house and found the perfect one. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you for making me come in with no hope and leave with a very positive experience and more hope. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything!!! I have almost 20 years of experience with animals, especially veterinary medicine, and this practice is the best I've ever encountered.

Yesterday we took our cat Lucy there for the first time. Right from the start, we were greeted by a lovely lady at reception who then showed us the waiting room – a separate room for cats (simply fantastic!). Then we entered the examination room. The empathetic veterinarian impressed us greatly, and we immediately decided to have our other cat, Olaf, neutered. Many thanks to the entire team. You are all amazing!

I took our cat Pino there for the first time today; I called an hour and a half beforehand, explained the problem, and we were able to come in right away. We received a very warm welcome. Pino was examined calmly and without stress, and several times at that. I really appreciated that they didn't immediately resort to expensive X-rays. We've settled on medication and observation for now – but we're told to contact the practice again as soon as possible if there's no improvement. I felt very well cared for!
