Fantastic clinic, fantastic staff, and Dr. Bitter is simply amazing because he has such a genuine love for animals, which is truly evident. Dr. Bitter puts you at ease and, most importantly, he takes the time that people need when they're worried about their pets. Our cat had a serious leg fracture when he was just a few months old, and now he's completely recovered and jumping around like he never had a problem. ❤️ We also feel very well cared for with our dog. We love coming to you! ❤️ Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately, we've had to use the emergency service of an animal hospital in the past year and a half. Since Osterwald is the closest clinic, we took our dog there. But: I would NEVER take my pet to the vets in Osterwald again!!!! The first time, the vet didn't diagnose a torn cruciate ligament, and a good year later, a slipped disc wasn't recognized either!!!! We were sent home with the wrong medication and without a diagnosis! The assistants are nice, and the physiotherapist is great too. But the vets… Absolutely unacceptable!!!! Drive a little further and DO NOT take your pet to Osterwald!

I've been taking all my dogs to Dr. Bitter's veterinary clinic and his team for over 15 years – and in all that time, I've had nothing but positive experiences. It all started with my Small Münsterländer, Robby, who was injured in an accident in Denmark. Even back then, we received quick, competent, and compassionate help. Since then, the clinic has been with us through thick and thin. Jan Bitter impresses me not only with his expertise but also with his personal qualities: always helpful, approachable, and with a listening ear. I have complete trust in him and his entire team. Even when we lost our second Small Münsterländer, Anjo, to cancer, everything possible was done – with palpable empathy. Whether it's an emergency or a scheduled appointment, you always receive competent, honest, and dedicated care. The loving way they treat the animals means a great deal to me – you can simply tell that they work with heart. Friends to whom I've recommended the clinic have also been consistently grateful and satisfied. For me, there's no better place to know my animals are in good hands. I've felt completely at ease there for years and can wholeheartedly recommend the veterinary clinic. I personally can't understand some of the negative reviews at all – my experiences have always been entirely positive. Thank you so much for the years of reliable and loving care! Susanne G.
