A super friendly team. I called on a Friday morning and got an appointment the same day. They carefully took my medical history and explained everything step by step – in detail. I feel very well cared for with my dog, and my concerns are taken seriously. A big thank you! :)

I feel very well cared for at this practice with my two 10-year-old cats. Competent advice is provided, and anxieties and concerns are addressed. The animals are treated with loving care (and so are people!). No waiting time when making an appointment. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. The team was incredibly friendly. We took our dog to Dr. Heldt's over the weekend due to an emergency. She and her team were extremely helpful and referred us to the veterinary clinic because Polly could receive better care there due to her condition. Thanks again to the team!

We switched to this practice a while ago. The staff are incredibly friendly, even on the phone, and in urgent cases, we've always been able to drop in at short notice. They treat the animals with kindness, explain everything thoroughly, and are very meticulous. We feel we're in excellent hands here.
