I've been taking my Corgi, Winston, to Stefanie Knaup and her team for some time now, and we couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, Winston had some very bad experiences at the vet as a puppy, which is why he's still quite anxious. Being a true Corgi with a healthy dose of drama, he doesn't always make things easy for his vets. That's why I'm so impressed by how empathetic, patient, and loving Stefanie and her entire team are with him. You can immediately tell that they not only have professional expertise but also a huge heart for animals. Winston feels comfortable with the ladies and Stefanie, and we have the feeling that, thanks to the positive experiences at the practice, he's slowly regaining his trust and losing his fear of vet visits. Thank you so much for the wonderful care, the patience, and the loving way you treat my little drama king. We feel we're in excellent hands with you and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice! ❤️

The team is incredibly kind, competent, and empathetic, and they do everything they can to make those dreaded vet visits as pleasant as possible for our furry friends. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm, the treatments are explained clearly, with a wealth of expertise and experience, and they treat our pets with respect. Finding the right veterinary practice isn't easy, as I've discovered over the past few years when Dr. Knaup was unfortunately unavailable. We're so happy she's back! She cares for our beloved pets with great competence, experience, empathy, and patience, always striving to find the best solution for the animal's well-being. The entire team is always friendly and helpful, even during the initial phone call. I'm happy to drive an hour to see them, knowing it's well worth the trip.
