I'm always very satisfied. The atmosphere in the practice is friendly and relaxed. Appointments are superbly organized, with no long waiting times. The practice has its own parking spaces right outside, which is unaffordable in the city center. Ms. Damm handles my very anxious, old, and sick cat gently and calmly. The only slight drawback is the opening hours; I would like them to be a bit more flexible.

I was there over 10 years ago and have now been back again. I was absolutely satisfied; my pet was treated exactly as I had hoped, and all my questions, fears, and concerns were addressed. The woman is simply fantastic, especially considering what she's been through.
I highly recommend this practice! It was my first time there with my cat. He was neutered today. He's still a bit groggy, but we felt well cared for from the start. The vet and her assistants were warm and very friendly. Thank you so much for the wonderful care!
