I have never had such an incompetent veterinarian. Mr. Hagen comes to the horse whenever he wants, he doesn't keep appointments, and he's incapable of making a diagnosis. He briefly looks at the animal for 10 minutes, gives painkillers, and leaves again. Only to do the same thing again the next time and then charge me for it. He never calls back (except at 10:30 p.m. if it just happens to occur to him) and he doesn't answer the phone. He took a blood sample from the horse (three months ago). I have the bill. The results still haven't come back. I have truly never had such an unreliable veterinarian. Thanks for nothing except the exorbitant bill, Mr. Hagen.
