No stars. Unfortunately, a "veterinary assistant - Mr. Soltau" works there who immediately siccs animal welfare on you if you don't do what HE wants. He didn't even see my cat, and I only spoke to him on the phone to get information—a week later, I had a complaint from animal welfare authorities at my house. Absolutely outrageous.
A wonderful practice with a fantastic team. We had to have our lionhead cat put to sleep this morning, and they handled both the animal and us with such care. They opened the window so the little soul could pass away peacefully and turned off the light. Our dog is also at the practice, and we feel very well cared for. Thank you so much!
